There are many different weights to chose from. I usually recommend starting with 3 pounds and move up from there.

BANDS
There are many different bands from which to choose. Some have handles, some are super bands. There are many different strengths. I suggest buying bands with different resistance strengths.

MINI BANDS
There are rubber and cloth bands. Choose your personal preference.

STRETCHING STRAP
This stretching strap will be used in the Floor, Core & More class.

YOGA MAT
There are thick and thin mats, it is a personal preference. Attached is the thick one I use and like the best.
