Full Body Strength, Core & Stretch
This class works all muscle groups with a variety of strength exercises. This circuit-based class will tone your upper and lower body as well as your core using resistance like hand weights, resistance bands and your own body weight. This class is perfect for all levels as you can take it at your own pace. We will finish each class with core work and stretching on the floor. Tuesdays & Thursdays 9-10am. $50 per month.
