Fun Fit For All is a full body exercise class designed for all fitness levels. Not sure where to start? This is the class for you. This class includes strength training, stretching and a little cardio movement. Fun Fit For All also uses chairs, bands, and weights to provide its participants with a varied and continually changing exercise experience. Mondays & Wednesdays 9-9:50am. $30.00 for 8 classes per month

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Strength and Conditioning is a step above the Fun Fit For All class. While also utilizing weights and bands, this class includes some higher intensity cardio work. Like all classes, Strength and Conditioning can be modified to match your personal fitness level. Each class will be a different workout to keep things interesting and your body fresh. Mondays & Wednesdays 8-8:45am. $35.00 for 8 classes per month.

FLOOR, CORE & MORE

Floor, Core and More is just what it says. This class includes a full body floor workout using weights and bands. We also include plenty of needed stretching along with great core exercises. This is a great class to compliment the other fitness classes. Tuesdays & Thursdays 8-8:45am. $35.00 for 8 classes per month

Full Body Strength, Core & Stretch

This class works all muscle groups with a variety of strength exercises. This circuit-based class will tone your upper and lower body as well as your core using resistance like hand weights, resistance bands and your own body weight. This class is perfect for all levels as you can take it at your own pace. We will finish each class with core work and stretching on the floor. Tuesdays & Thursdays 9-10am. $50 per month.
